Pump and lid don’t fit together
I bought this product a week ago and although I am happy with the foundation itself I wonder what was the idea behind selling the pump separately and the lid not fitting over it? Now I need to keep the foundation in the box to ensure I don’t get spillage in my makeup bag. Not idea especially when the price is taken into consideration!

Great foundation but...
I love the sheer glow foundation. It’s gorgeous on the skin, but I’m not really happy to pay $47 and then an additional $6 to get a pump that now doesn’t fit the included lid. The eco-friendly idea is great in theory, but not exactly practical. I don’t see why the bottle couldn’t be changed to accommodate such a normal function, especially since your other foundations already do come with a pump & lid. Personally it’s difficult to find a foundation pale enough for my skin tone so I’ll most likely be keeping this foundation (b/c I do like it!), but I definitely won’t take this when I travel. The spillage concern isn’t worth it.

No Pump
I recently purchased the Sheer Glow Foundation and was surprised there was no pump. I shouldn't have shop for a pump. I'll be returning product and won't purchase again.

Should be included
I recently purchased the sheer glow foundation, and I was really disappointed that the foundation did not include this pump. I am irritated with myself for not seeing it, and I probably will not purchase the foundation again because of this

Hot Mess!
Why would you not include a simple pump with such an expensive foundation?? It makes no and sense and it’s all about greed!! And you have the audacity to be selling the pump separate with no lid!! I hope when you’re out of business you know exactly why!

Worst design ever
Wow I should really read the reviews before buying this pump. Again why doesn’t it get included in a $58 dollar foundation and worse yet there’s no lid included to fit the pump? This is a very stupid design and a money grab.

Lid won’t fit the pump - ridiculous!
I was a little surprised to have to purchase the pump separately, why it doesn’t come with a pump seems very strange and feels gimmicky. When I couldn’t fit the original lid over the pump, I was incredulous. This seems such a basic and obvious flaw and is extremely inconvenient and maddening - not customer focussed at all! So badly thought through I am shocked at how this got the ok from Nars’ designers. On the plus side the foundation is gorgeous. Such a shame the packaging let it down.
