INSTRUCTIONS FOR CARE Apply wet or dry eyeliner formula by pushing or stamping brush on the base of the eyelashes. To cleanse your NARS Brushes, dispense a small amount of gentle soap (or your favorite makeup brush cleanser) onto the bristles and rinse until water runs clean. Avoid wetting the handle of the brush. Gently reshape fibers after rinsing.
