Order online

Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Once your order is submitted, a 'Thank You' page will confirm your order was received and is currently beeing processed. Print a copy of this page for your records, as it contains your order number. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours of submission, please contact us at service-uk@narscosmetics.eu.

Checkout process

Sign In: If you are a returning customer, please sign in with your user ID (email address associated to your account) and password. If you are a new customer, click on "Register".

Billing Information: Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address. If you are a returning customer, your billing address will automatically appear in each respective field. If you wish to change the address you may do so by editing each field. Choose if you want to specify a different shipping address, or if your billing address is also your shipping address.

Shipping Information: Enter your shipping address if it differs from your billing address. The fields will be automatically filled if you have selected the option with your biling address matching your shipping address.

Select a Payment Method and Confirm Order: Review your billing and shipping addresses and enter your payment method. Then, click on "Charge My Order"

Thank You Page: After completing the checkout process, a Thank You page will be generated with your order number, and information about your order. Please print this page and keep it for your records. If you need to contact the Customer Service, have the order number from the Thank You Page ready

www.narscosmetics.co.uk only accepts payments by credit cards. The following credit cards are accepted:

Important information:
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Order Confirmation and Tracking Packages
After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt confirmation. As soon as your package is assigned a tracking number, you will receive another email with the tracking number linked to the carrier's website, where you can view delivery status. You can view the status of your order by visiting www.narscosmetics.co.uk and logging in to My Account with your user ID and password. Click on 'view my order'; then, click on the order number you wish to track. The details of your order will come up.
